Kegan James is a portrait photographer and video content developer living and working in the city of Los Angeles, California.

Originally from New Orleans, he discovered his love of photography as a teenager, spending his high school graduation money on a camera to explore the world’s possibilities. 

He built his career through learning while assisting, digiteching and managing photo studios and working on his personal visual story telling.

Besides his own projects and freelance assignments he works as an in-house freelance Digitech at Nike Icon Studios LA and other clients. His creative talents were integral to the launch campaigns for names like Billionaire Boys Club, RocksteadyBc, New Era, Lovehandle, Original Penquin, and other high end brands. 

His main focus is creating valuable visual stories in the fields of portrait photography, e-commerce and Motion Picture.
